MAAB we will be handling the Rocky Mtn College TKD tournament scheduled for Saturday April 10th. We will be loading tables and equipment from the dojo at approximately 5 PM and setting up at RMC a bit after 6 PM. We are looking for volunteers to handle registration/check-in, equipment sales, junior volunteers (1 per ring), medal presentations, staging and the head table. We will clean up the gym immediately followinmg the tournament (2 PM or so). At that time, all of our black belts are invited to a meeting with the other Dae Myung Black Belt Instructors and board members to discuss business.
Sunday the 11th we will have a potluck at the dojo beginning at 1 PM and everyone and their families are invited. Grand Master Jae Ho Park and Grand Master Fujiwara will be in attendance and it is a great time to meet other students and instructors from around the region. At the conclusion of the picnic we will be pulling the carpet from beneath the judo area and replacing the mats. Any volunteers will be appreciated!
This TKD tournament is very competition friendly and it is a great time for anyone who is interested to compete. There will be no late fee for registration and we have printed more entry forms and placed them in the holder on the post. Please turn ion you entry to the front desk (do no tmail them) as Master Dru Wagner has graciously offered to to the data entry for the tournament. No late fee for our students!
