Hapkido is a martial art of Korean origin.  It literally means "the way of coordination and internal power."  The art consists of dynamic striking and kicking techniques (similar to Taekwondo), both hard and soft deflection techniques, throws, take-downs, ground fighting and extensive joint-locking techniques.

24 Dae Myung students and instructors attended our first Hapkido Clinic

Developed by Choi Yool Sool, Hapkido is the combination of two martial arts: Japanese Aikido and the ancient Korean kicking skill that was widespread during the time of the Three Kingdoms (refer to Taekwondo History).
